10. Occasionally, service providers make changes to dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, etc. of tours, activities and excursions. Accordingly, we reserve the right to cancel, change or substitute any coralcostacaribebeachresort.com service, trip, activity and/or guided tour, ticket or product booked at any time and for any reason.

Coral Hotels & Resorts shall never be liable for any of the following damages or losses (whether such losses are foreseen, foreseeable, known or unknown): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of income or profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or damage to reputation; (f) damage suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use of coralcostacaribebeachresort.com, regardless of the legal action.

Legislation and jurisdiction

17. Any claim arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dominican Republic, in the corresponding and assigned territorial jurisdiction.
