Playa bonita Las atenciones muy buenas, la playa es hermosa. La animación es buena. Deben mejorar el servicio de comida. Debe mejorar el servicio de las bebidas. los snacks son buenos. Deben extender el tiempo del daypass.

Súper recomendado los mejores el camarero kendry Siempre que voy a este hotel me dan una atención muy buena especialmente kendry y sus compañeros pero kendry me hace sentir como si estoy en casa el.mejor hotel que he visitado en los últimos años este año ya he hido 3 veces excelente atención

Servicio excelente de parte de los empleados Excelente trato de los empleados Juan, Kelvis y Juliana. Siempre muy atentos y serviciales. Habitación siempre limpia. El mejor trato en la barra de la piscina por parte de los empleados Juan y Kelvis.

Good choice Nada malo que decir… todo lo contrario. Visite la semana pasada por unas gestiones de trabajo. La habitación muy limpia y arreglada. El hotel muy seguro y agradable. Gente honrada. Por un descuido deje una sortija sobre el tocador del baño en la mañana. Regrese al hotel en la noche y mi habitación arreglada y las prendas en el mismo lugar que las deje. Ojalá supiera quien fue la señora de la limpieza para poder agradecer su honradez personalmente.

Quaint, renovated, great beach and services! Everything you need to relax Although there was some renovations taking place around the resort the general area where we stayed seemed brand new and updated. Rooms were great, Pool was great! There’s another side with pool also that I had not visited so I’m not sure if it was renovated. Even snack area where pizza and burgers were served after 10:30 the beach is spectacular! May have been the best beach in the area as I had walked for hours back and forth to check out other resorts and this one was the only beach front in the area that was immaculate so great! There was only one el cart it’s was decent, Mexican and a nice change from the buffet. Only 1 buffet and they did their best with alternating food variety. Seafood night, pasta night, Mexican night ect. Also a beach snack grill from 12-5 daily. Access to excursions seemed great I did a monkey/zip lining only downside is it was a 2 hr bus ride but was worth it. Lots of availability for lounge chairs at both the pool and beach. Daily activities. Friendly staff altho it’s mainly Spanish speaking everywhere staff personal and including the WhT seemed to be mostly locals that visited. It may have not been a touristy time of year to visit so being English I didn’t have much to talk to lol. Ocean was beautiful and great shallow area to stand in. Also a brand new gym that’s always open and a wonderful spa services available on site.

Spring getaway! We stayed the first week in April, flew out of Winnipeg with Sunwing direct to Punta Cana. Check in was very smooth and front counter staff were very friendly. We had some difficulty finding our room but a very helpful bellboy lead us to the proper building and room. We were in room S321, amazing ocean/pool view, freshly renovated. Only downfall to the room was lack of storage or extra seating. There were no dressers or chairs in room, but a patio set on balcony Lighting in bathroom was not bright enough for make up application, or so I am told by my wife. The food at the buffet was excellent, fresh omelette every morning, and a pasta bar every night as well as other dishes. Al a cartes were great, unfortunately you need to be up early to book each day, one feature a lot of resorts do, but should change in my opinion. We did pay extra to have the lobster dinner, it was well worth the 45usd. Emily and Ronald treated us great, with excellent service and attention! The beach and pool are both amazing, palm trees on beach allow for lots of shade and there was never a search for loungers poolside or on the beach. Drinks are very well made, and lots of options. We enjoyed evenings sitting near the garden bar having a Mojito or Pina Colada. They definitely need some more patio sets near the garden bar when the resort fills up. Staff here are all very friendly and happy to assist . Facilities are kept very clean, both inside and out. The resort does need a map or more information as to where things are located. We will definitely try and return to this resort in the future! Any questions, feel free to ask!
